Lisa, the fulcrum of Ero Projects, is a communications powerhouse who propels ideas, brands, businesses, and art into the world. She has contributed in various capacities to websites, business plans, mobile apps, books, videos, exhibitions, catalogues, proposals, and campaigns in support of artists. Lisa also trains organizations and individuals how to navigate power differentials, overcome generational divides, boost creativity parallel to productivity, and build relational awareness. Lisa’s international client base includes internet startups; numerous small businesses and leaders in the mental health, wellness and personal development fields; art institutions and civic arts organizations; a global network committed to sustainability; and a multinational consortium of agricultural producers. Lisa is a PhD candidate in the History of Art and Architecture at Harvard University.

Resourceful and intentional, Tim has spent the last 25 years making himself indispensable to anyone with a crisis or a cause. Tim knows that navigating turbulent waters requires an unswerving commitment to core values, and his pursuit of ideal outcomes is meticulous. Tim has helped corporations, government entities, and public figures (including the Seattle Mayor) manage all aspects of strategic communications. He has also been at the helm of candidate campaigns and landmark political initiatives. Spearheading such projects has allowed Tim to develop a sixth sense for leveraging social media to optimize public image. Tim holds a BA in Marketing Communications from Brigham Young University.

Sean, principal of 3-Hour Think Tank, is a master marketer and award-winning writer with more than 25 years experience communicating the essence and value of a brand across channels. Sean knows businesses flourish with direction that is empathetic, exacting, and calibrated for growth. His clients span the consumer, technology, and professional services sectors with recent projects completed for The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children's Hospital, Juno Therapeutics, and Microsoft.

Christopher has also performed extensive research on aging and cancer at Berkeley, the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, and MIT. Christopher holds a PhD in Biochemistry from University of California, San Francisco.

Patrick is a veteran visual communicator who turns brands into phenomena. Fresh, bold, and kinetic, his graphic work tells a client’s story with designs that catch and keep attention. Patrick specializes in illustrations and hand-lettering and never strays far from inspiration. His client roster includes international notables such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Dell, Ebates, HP, and Sephora. Patrick holds a BA in Visual Arts from Loyola University.

After designing technology for more than 20 years, Jack knows how to create digital connectivity tools that are elegant, useful, and relevant. Jack has worked on everything from simple mobile applications to large-scale globalization projects for a leading auto manufacturer. His recent work has focused largely on responsive design and high-resolution prototyping. Jack’s star-studded client list includes eBay, Samsung, Sony, PayPal, and many more. Christian has shared his expertise as a visiting professor at Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen. Christian studied business at the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and holds an MA in Nordic Literature from the University of Copenhagen. In 2002, he was knighted by the Queen of Denmark in recognition of his contributions to Danish commerce.

Raven Gregory served as Executive Editor and Marketing Manager at Zenescope Entertainment for nearly a decade. His efforts established Zenescope’s noteworthy presence and reputation, brought them to the forefront of the industry, and secured their place as one of the top ten independent comic and graphic novel publishers in the United States. He is currently the author of Zenescope’s Van Helsing series, which is scheduled for summer 2019 release.
Raven is adept at ushering creatives through the vast complexities of the Hollywood network. He has skillfully negotiated intellectual properties through option and film adaptation in collaboration with Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate, 20th Century Fox, and New Line Cinema.
Above and beyond editorial development and asset management, Raven has flexed his muscles in the realms of crowdfunding, community positioning, and network-building. His innovative perspective and storytelling panache carry through to his creative campaigns — capturing audience attention, and establishing a solid connection between creator and audience.
Eugene is a writer who can inform, persuade, entertain, and inspire with equal impact. When shaping a client’s message, he strategically targets the core audience and ensures that every word is the right word. This precision extends to his work as a translator. Eugene is proficient in more than a dozen languages and possesses expert knowledge of art, literature, music, and film. Eugene has worked as a writing instructor at Columbia University, where he is a PhD candidate in English and Comparative Literature.

Lone is one part social media expert, one part storyteller, and two parts impact-driven writer. Scandinavia is her cultural turf, and she has partnered with artists, organizations, and businesses to expand their global reach via 21st-century channels. Lone’s work as a copy writer, editor, and translator is fueled by a love of language and a talent for turning phrases that faithfully render tone and meaning. Her publications include a series of literary articles and a book about Kierkegaard. Lone holds an MA in Culture and Communication from the University of Copenhagen.
